All registration fees for the Bangladesh Quality Improvement Convention (BQIC) are final and strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment processing is completed. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, partial attendance, or no-shows.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, her/his registration cannot be transferred to another person.
In the unexpected event that BQIC is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including force majeure, weather, or government regulations), registered attendees will have their registration automatically transferred to the new convention dates.
