Your personal data is used exclusively to process your convention registration and issue payment invoices, send official communications regarding the event, and generate attendee lists for delegate badges.
All online monetary transactions are encrypted and processed through our payment gateway provider, SSLCommerz. IHI/BQIC does not collect, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers, mobile banking PINs, or financial credentials.
We do not sell, rent, or trade delegate information to commercial third parties. Personal information is only shared with designated IHI officials, local authorities, or service providers strictly necessary to execute convention logistics.
Registration data is retained for two years by IHI designated officials for administrative, compliance, and reporting purposes. You may contact the designated convention contact person mentioned on the website to update your personal information.
For registration or payment concerns, contact us with your order reference. Never share your card number, PIN, or payment code.
