By completing your registration, submitting payment, or submitting an abstract, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Delegates are required to register using their official full name, valid email address, institutional affiliation (if applicable), and contact details. BQIC reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations providing false information.
All convention registration fees are stated and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, our authorized secure payment gateway aggregator.
All registration payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Unattended registrations or partial attendance do not qualify for a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy.
All convention materials, presentations, abstracts, and logos hosted on this website remain the property of IHI/BQIC and their respective authors. Unauthorised recording, distribution, or reproduction of convention sessions is strictly prohibited.
